If you are dissatisfied with your item, you can return your order within 30 days of original shipment date for a refund less original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee or you can exchange your item for one of our other items effective for all purchases made on 06/07/2020 and thereafter. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. If the item you need is less than the original item we can refund the difference in price.

If your item is damaged, modified, scratched, or in any way not in new condition when it arrives to us, we will not be able to accept your return request regardless of the amount of time that has passed since your original order date or where the damage originated unless it is determined to be a manufacturer defect. You are responsible for getting the item back to us unless it is a Vance product and a manufacture defect is the issue. Original shipping charges will only be refunded if we determine the item to be a manufacture defect. We appreciate your business and our goal is to make you completely satisfied with your item(s) from us.

Instructions on how to send it back. You will want to make sure a receipt is inside the box somewhere for the item you are wanting to return. You will also want to make sure to email us first before sending back at the email below to get authorization to return.
