The Vance Lower Transom Plate for standard bolt pattern jack plates and outboard engines is a must for strengthening your boat's transom and distributing your outboard's weight more evenly across your entire transom instead of just on the bolt & washer area. The Vance Lower Transom Plate is 1/2'' thick aircraft grade 6061 T6 Grade Aluminum and is available in different corrosion resistant and durable coating options to meet the most stringent task for you. It fits simply on the inside of your boat's transom so that when you are installing a new jack plate on your transom, use the Vance Upper and Lower Transom Plates on your boat to reduce stress on your transom, strengthen your transom and reduce the risk of losing your engine in the event you strike something hard with your engine and risk ripping your transom out.

    I was blown away at how quickly they got my jackplate to me. I was expecting it to be a couple days late because of the Thanksgiving holiday but, they got it to me BEFORE Thanksgiving and I had ordered it just the day before. The plate is high quality and we'll made. Completely satisfied! Highly recommend them. Their prices blow everyone else out of the water.
