Worth the money
Purchased with the adjustable jacking plate and made the install much easier. I drilled the holes in the transom using the machined holes in the plate for guides. Took the guess work right out the process. The black anodizing looked great as well.

I ordered the Vance Mounting plate template & transom Reinforcer in Black Powder coat finish. I also paid for priority Mail 2nd day. I received the order on Saturday the 1/09/2021. The plate is raw aluminum (Not Powder Coated) which I paid for and received 7 days instead of the 2 day priority that was paid as well. As a business owner myself, I am Very disappointed.
